We build you a mobile-responsive business website on a selected and customised design system, using the information you approve during onboarding. You get one consolidated round of revisions before it goes live. You never touch a website builder, a host or a plugin.

After launch it stays hosted and managed inside the Breaktime environment for as long as you’re with us. If something breaks, that’s ours to fix. If we make a mistake, we correct it and it doesn’t count against your revision round.

The site is written from the same approved record that configures everything else, so your services, prices, service area and contact details say the same thing on your website as they do on Google and in every answer your AI Employee gives.

What this isn’t

The website is productised, not bespoke. It is built on a customised design system rather than designed from scratch, and it includes one revision round — not unlimited changes. Additional pages, a redesign or new functionality are quoted as a separate change pack. Domain and email accounts stay yours, with any third-party fees paid by you.

This is the material modern search has to work with. If it’s thin, out of date or contradicts itself, that’s what gets used.

A holistic approach, not a trick

Search engines and AI assistants are trying to answer a question about your business. To do that they have to work out what you do, where you do it, whether your information is current, whether the business looks credible and whether there is any recent evidence of it operating. Every one of those judgements is made from material you can influence.

Breaktime keeps that material in order. On Coffee, that is your website and your Google Business profile connected, structured and saying the same thing. On Coffee & Donut, relevant content and review requests keep adding current evidence that the business is active.

What we will not tell you is that posting on social media makes you rank in an AI answer. It doesn’t work like that, and nobody can prove it does.

The boundary, stated plainly

Nobody can honestly promise you a position in Google, a place in the local pack or inclusion in an AI answer — and we don’t. Google Business work covers connecting and optimising an existing verified profile; new-profile creation, verification, reinstatement, ownership recovery and duplicate resolution are separately priced services.

Owners lose hours generating enquiries, then lose more hours handling them. This is the second half.

Your AI Employee works from one record: the services, prices, service areas, answers and rules you approved during onboarding. It answers your standard questions in your words, explains what you do and don’t offer, and asks the qualifying questions you’d ask yourself.

Coffee: useful help on your website. Your Website AI Employee can explain approved services, prices or ranges, confirm hours and areas, ask qualification questions, collect enquiry details and provide approved resources or next-step links where configured. It hands over when judgement is needed. Coffee does not include automatic AI SMS follow-up or automatic booking actions.

The handover is part of the design, not a failure. It stops and gets you when someone asks for a person, when the answer isn’t in your approved information, when a price can’t be worked out safely, when a discount or special term is requested, or when a conversation turns into a complaint or something sensitive.

Coffee & Donut: help beyond the website. Your AI Employee can answer approved questions, send a brochure or pricing sheet, help with a configured booking or signup path and follow up approved incomplete steps on supported connected channels. We agree its actions and handover rules before enabling them; coverage depends on your setup.

What this isn’t

It is not an outsourced human sales department, and it does not guarantee bookings or sales. The standard configuration covers one service and pricing structure and one primary service area. Substantially more complex setups — several pricing formulas, multiple calendars, additional signup journeys, frequent price changes — are a separately quoted configuration add-on, priced before any work begins.

When business gets busy, marketing is the first thing to stop.

It doesn’t have to. Your business can keep showing up on the weeks you don’t have a spare minute to think about it.

Every month we prepare a batch of branded graphics, carousels and captions for your business, written from your approved onboarding record rather than a generic content calendar. The mix is deliberate: some posts explain what you do, some answer the questions you get asked, some show the work, and selected posts carry an approved next step — comment a keyword, ask a question, request a guide, book or enquire.

Your part is one email a month. The batch arrives with a secure approval link — no login. Approve the lot, reject a post with a change note, or move one to a better day. Requested corrections are prepared, checked and sent back for another decision.

When someone responds to a selected post on a supported connected channel, the conversation can be picked up, continued privately, answered from your approved information, and moved towards an enquiry, booking or handover. You hear about the genuine ones. Emoji, praise and spam don’t interrupt you.

What this isn’t

No universal coverage is promised. Facebook and Instagram are the initial supported scope where your accounts and approved actions are correctly configured, and what is possible varies by platform, post and interaction type. Under the agreed content-approval process, if no changes are requested within 48 hours the batch is deemed approved and released for publishing — so your month never stalls on your busiest week. Regular relevant content does not guarantee rankings, reach or enquiries.

Reviews are one of the clearest signals a business is real and active, and they are the thing owners most reliably forget to ask for. On Coffee & Donut, review requests go out to genuine customers after an agreed service event, where your business type and account setup allow it. We ask honestly and we never script the answer.

One email, once a month, in plain English. Two minutes to read. It covers enquiries and core activity on Coffee; on Coffee & Donut it also covers the content that went out and review activity. There is no dashboard, no login and no CRM access — and that is deliberate, not a limitation.

The standard plans stay affordable because the work in them is standardised. The other side of that decision is this: when you want something outside the standard scope, you buy it as a defined package rather than paying a bigger retainer all year in case you might need it.

Term and cancellation
No fixed minimum term. Cancel any time with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. Cancel later than that and the next payment runs, with service continuing to the end of that paid month.
Paying yearly
At checkout you can choose to pay 12 months up front and save 10%. It is a payment choice, not a different plan.
Website revisions
One consolidated revision round is included at build. Our own corrections don’t count against it. Further changes are quoted as a change pack.
Hosting and ownership
Your site stays hosted and managed by Breaktime while your subscription is active. Your domain and email accounts remain yours, with third-party fees paid by you. Website transfer is a separately documented option.
Content approval
One secure link each month. Approve, reject with a change note, or reschedule. Under the agreed process, if no changes are requested within 48 hours the batch is deemed approved and released.
Google Business scope
Connection and structured optimisation of an existing verified profile. New-profile creation, verification, reinstatement, ownership recovery and duplicate resolution are separately priced.

Will it make up a price?

No. It only ever uses fixed prices, pricing rules or indicative ranges you have signed off, and it always makes clear which of those a number is. If a price can’t be worked out safely, it says so and gets you involved.

Can I take over a conversation?

Any time. Handover to you is built in — automatic when the assistant hits something it isn’t authorised to decide, and immediate when a customer asks for a person or you step in yourself.

What happens to an enquiry that arrives at nine at night?

Coffee’s Website AI Employee can answer approved website questions after hours. An eligible missed call gets an immediate branded SMS, with no automatic AI continuation in Coffee. C&D’s AI Employee can help across supported connected channels where configured and hand over when judgement is needed.

What if my prices change?

Tell us and we update the approved record. Your website, your Google information and your AI Employee all work from that same record, so they change together. Frequent or unusually complex updates may fall into the separately quoted configuration add-on.

Can I change the website whenever I want?

How does content approval work?

Will every comment and message be answered?

No, and we won’t claim it. Coverage depends on the connected platform, approved configuration, post and type of interaction. Breaktime follows up supported interactions and prioritises genuine enquiries. Routine praise, emoji and spam don’t need to interrupt you.

Which social channels are included?

Facebook and Instagram help depends on supported interactions and your approved connected setup. Other channels get described only after their posting, comment, messaging and approval paths have actually been tested.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No long-term lock-in. You’re billed monthly in advance and can cancel any time with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date. Cancel later than that and the next payment runs, with service continuing to the end of that paid month.

What actually happens after I sign up?

We collect your business facts once, in one place. We build and launch the site, connect your Google Business Profile, set up missed-call text-back and configure your plan-specific AI Employee to your rules. On Coffee & Donut, your first content batch comes to you for approval by one link.

What is the Revenue Leak Review?

A free sales and marketing analysis. You answer a short set of mostly multiple-choice questions and we produce a personalised Business Loss Report showing where opportunities are most likely slipping through the gaps and what deserves attention first. It estimates potential revenue at risk based on your answers and relevant industry benchmarks — it is not a measurement of money already lost, and not a promise of revenue recovered.
